By submitting the Booking Questionnaire, paying a deposit, or participating in the retreat, you agree to these Terms in full. If you
are booking for someone else, you confirm you have authority to bind them and have shared these Terms with them.

A place is confirmed only once your Questionnaire is reviewed and accepted, and payment is received.
Participants must be 18 or older and must accurately disclose all requested health, injury, and skill-level information. Training groups are formed based on this self-declared information, and participants are solely responsible for accurately representing their own experience and skill level.
AGS Retreats may decline or remove a participant, at its discretion, where disclosed information or on-site conduct indicates a safety risk.

3. Health, Allergies & Travel Insurance

You must disclose all medical conditions, injuries, medications, and allergies before the retreat. AGS Retreats and its
catering partners will take reasonable steps to accommodate disclosed dietary needs and allergies, but do not guarantee
an allergen-free environment.
AGS Retreats is not liable for any allergic reaction, food-related illness, or other injury arising from food or beverages
consumed during the retreat, whether or not the allergy or dietary requirement was disclosed in advance, except where
caused by AGS Retreats' gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Participants with severe or life-threatening allergies must
carry their own emergency medication at all times.
Valid travel insurance covering contact-sport/martial arts activities, medical treatment, and emergency evacuation is
mandatory. Proof may be required before arrival.

Bookings are 50% refundable up to 100 days before the retreat start date. After that, bookings are non-refundable, including for no-shows, illness, or early departure.
Transfers to another person are considered case-by-case, with a minimum of 50 days' notice.
If AGS Retreats cancels the retreat, or it is cancelled due to a Force Majeure Event (Section 7), affected participants will be offered a credit toward a future retreat where reasonably possible; cash refunds are not guaranteed in Force Majeure circumstances.

Martial arts training, including striking, sparring, and strenuous conditioning, carries inherent risk of injury, including serious or permanent injury, and in rare cases death. By booking and participating, you voluntarily assume these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AGS Retreats, its owners, staff, instructors, and contractors ("Released Parties") are not liable for injury, illness, death, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by the Released Parties' gross negligence or wilful misconduct. This waiver does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

("Force Majeure Events"), including but not limited to:
● Natural disasters: earthquake, tsunami, flood, typhoon or tropical storm, monsoon-related disruption, wildfire, or
volcanic activity;
● Public health events: pandemic, epidemic, or outbreak of disease (including dengue or other mosquito-borne illness), and
related government restrictions;
● Civil/political events: war, terrorism, civil unrest, political instability, coup, or riot;
● Government/infrastructure events: border or airport closures, travel advisories, changes in visa policy, strikes, or
power/water outages.

including at accommodation, training venues, during transport, or on excursions. This includes theft by third parties and
loss of cash, electronics, passports, or other valuables.
● Participants accept the ordinary risks of travel in Thailand, including but not limited to road traffic incidents, insect and
marine life encounters (e.g. jellyfish, mosquitoes), food or water-borne illness from sources outside AGS Retreats'
catering (e.g. during free time), and injury caused by the actions of other participants during training or sparring.
● AGS Retreats is not liable for losses arising from these risks except where caused by its own gross negligence or wilful
misconduct.

AGS Retreats may photograph/film the retreat for marketing use unless you withhold consent in writing beforehand. Personal and health information you provide is used only to assess eligibility and ensure your safety, and is not sold to third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AGS Retreats' total liability to any participant shall not exceed the amount paid for the
retreat, and AGS Retreats is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. missed connecting travel, loss of enjoyment).
